King Cake Raffle

Thursday, February 20th, 5:00pm - 5:30pm

King cake is a staple during the Mardi Gras season. Traditionally, the cake is round, heavily iced, and covered in colored sprinkles. The colors on the King cake have special meaning; Purple represents justice, green for faith, and gold for power. There is a small plastic baby baked into each cake, according to tradition, the person who finds the baby in their slice has to host the next Mardi Gras party! Be sure to stop by our offices by 5 PM on February the 20th to have your name entered into the raffle drawing to win one of four king cakes from Tubb’s Hardware & Cajun Gifts.
